About Becca
Fitness and nutrition has played a huge part in my life and has been my passion from a young age due to my athletic background; being an ex-National Acrobatic Gymnast with 9 years intense training in the sport. After retiring 4 years ago, I studied full time for a year at the National Centre for Circus Arts in London, learning skills in everything from flying trapeze to aerial hoop to silks.
Shortly after, I completed my Fitness Instructor & Personal Training Qualifications and for the past two years, have been working with women to smash their health and fitness goals whilst helping them to strengthen their mindset and fall back in love with their body.
Good nutrition is a key factor I focus on with all clients; whether they be vegetarian, pescatarian, vegan or follow a diet which includes a variety of animal products. Not only will I get you the physical results you desire but I will also work very closely with you on every aspect of your health, from nutrition to mindset to sleep to stress management.
