From my years of experience in different fields in both the sport and fitness industry, I have the ability and knowledge to train individuals effectively in a variety of ways depending on them as an individual and their set goal and keep each session challenging and enjoyable.

 "I think I have progressed in ways that I wasn’t expecting. I think I have progressed in a lot of ways regarding how I view myself and my patience with myself. After being injured and really feeling helpless, I’m happy to see how far I have come in regards to my strength coming back and working through my injuries and my pain. You have taught me the importance of listening to my body - something that I am still struggling with - but I am better at responding appropriately, and maybe backing off a bit instead of just muscling through and potentially making it worse. I have also progressed in my self talk, my self talk is much more forgiving.

I am very happy to see my strength come back and continue to improve. You have helped me achieve things that I had written off. I’m very happy to be walking and much more mobile, there was a time last year where walking through Waterloo tube station was not something that I could do and I’m very excited to be on my way to where I was before. I really enjoyed our training sessions. I struggled a lot with eating full meals, and you helped me to achieve that.

I don’t think that you could have handled it better though, I know that sometimes I can be difficult, but you handled it very well"
